Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics) or a related field.
- Proven knowledge/experience in sales engineering or business development in the F&B, Chemical, Water Treatment, and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Chinese or Japanese are a plus).
Preferred qualifications
- Additional languages such as Chinese or Japanese are a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
Job Descriptions

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets in alignment with company goals.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with clients.
- Provide technical consultation to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
- Keep track of competitor products and activities, providing insights and recommendations for strategic positioning.
- Conduct market research and generate reports on customer needs, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any technical issues or inquiries.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution of any product or service-related issues.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentations to clients.

Working hours
